Muscle, Joint Pain, & Strength Training Session

This session addresses muscle and joint pain by targeting various aspects of discomfort. Muscle knots, tension, tightness, and soreness can be alleviated through a comprehensive approach that includes proper stretching techniques, massage, myofascial release, and topical remedies. Additionally, incorporating muscle strength training into your routine can significantly contribute to pain relief and prevention. I'll guide you through exercises aimed at enhancing muscle strength, which can complement the other techniques and empower you with effective home care strategies.


Postural Realignment, Strength and Injury Recovery Program

Living with pain, poor posture, injury and weakness affects us not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well. You are capable of feeling good in your body and enjoying life to the fullest! Let’s restore, correct and strengthen the body so that you can enjoy the present and protect your future.

Together we will do a 3 week, 6 week, or 12 week program, depending on your imbalances, injuries and goals, custom designed for you. My programs focus on:

• Rehabilitation of injuries including but not limited to muscle strains, sciatica, neck pain, back pain, herniated or bulging discs, hip pain, knee injury, foot pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, tennis elbow, shoulder injury, tendonitis, rotator cuff issues, bursitis, scoliosis, and reduced flexibility.

• Realignment of the body including the spine, back, neck, shoulders, pelvis/hips and joints

• Repatterning fascia (soft tissue) for increased range of motion
• Releasing tight muscles and joints
• Postural correction that prevents future injury

• Improved sleep related to pain and discomfort

• Eliminating chronic pain
• Stress management and body awareness

•Personal Strength Training


Back Pain, back Strength, & Back Injury Program

The number one chronic pain compliant is back pain. The age of technology, screen time and poor posture makes it worse. So many of us have experienced some level of discomfort or injury. This program specializes in back issues including low back pain, mid/upper back pain, sciatica, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, bulging disc, nerve pain, herniated disc, dowagers hump and more.

This is also a 3 week, 6 week, or 12 week program, depending on your imbalances, injuries and goals, custom designed for you. The Back Pain, Back Strength, and Back Injury Program includes everything mentioned above, but focuses on special techniques and exercises for the back and spine.

What are the advantages of my programs vs physical therapy?

Physical Therapy is only authorized to treat the approved localized area. I am trained to find the root cause of injury or discomfort, which may include other areas of the body that are misaligned and weak - even if they are not your main complaint or primary pain point. If we don’t treat the root cause and completely align and stabilize the body, your symptoms will keep coming back. My commitment to you is COMPLETE RESTORATION and PREVENTION.

Physical therapy sessions are also typically too short to actually address the entirety of the problem and make meaningful change.

With my programs, you will receive many additional tools that are essential, like nervous system regulation, learning to be conscious of daily habits in order to keep you aligned, learning your own body signals and how to make self-corrections before you are compromised.
