Learn how to live with integrity by caring for your body through restorative practices, movement, and strength. This is the week we honor our physical vessel and nourish it with loving intention, including special recipes for goddess smoothies and juices.Week 5: November 18 - Mastering Time and Boundaries
Integrate life lessons and learn how to transcend time by mastering your flow and setting boundaries that protect your energy. No rush, just flow—gain control of your time, not by fear but through presence.Week 6: November 25 - Serve with Grace
