1. The Way of Mastery (January - March)
Focus: BEing, mastering thoughts, and visualization. This container is about 90 days of focused mastery, reclaiming life, and living fully in the here and now.
Key Activities:
Craft a 30-year vision for life: Explore aspirations for mind, health, relationships, skills, hobbies, goals, spirituality, profession, travel, and partnerships.
Deconstruct this vision into actionable steps.
Daily practices for mastering thoughts and visualization.
Begin reading A Happy Pocket Full of Money by David Cameron Gikandi.
Reflect on the scripture: "Without vision, the people perish."
Seasonal Exercise: Journaling aligned with seasonal intentions—reflecting on growth, renewal, and the big-picture reclamation of life.
2. Embodiment of Wellness (April - June)
Focus: Physical health and well-being.
Key Activities:
Create a health vision board.
Establish goals for exercise, mindful eating, and hydration.
Weekly movement schedule:
Monday: Upper body weight training.
Wednesday: Lower body weight training.
Friday: Total body weight training.
Tuesday: Yoga.
Thursday: Pilates.
Saturday: Dance, hike, or walk.
Introduce a day of fasting.
Develop body image positivity and conscious eating habits.
Deliverables: Personalized 90-day fitness and wellness plan.
3. Summer Expansion (July - September)
Focus: Harnessing willpower, discovering gifts and talents, and mastering bold self-expression.
Key Activities:
Explore creativity through new hobbies or skills.
Engage in confidence-building practices and boldness exercises.
Group journaling exercises focused on self-expression and uncovering inner gifts.
Develop a personalized action plan for activating talents and strengths.
Seasonal Movement Medicine: Outdoor yoga and swimming.
4. Spiritual Awakening (October - December)
Focus: Deepening spiritual connection and integrating ancient wisdom.
Key Activities:
Morning rituals and honoring the lunar cycle.
Observing a Sabbath.
Engaging in ancient indigenous practices.
Gratitude journaling and daily prayer.
Meditation walks and grounding exercises.
