Integral Postural Alignment Therapeutics
Ipath
what is IPATH?
Restoring natural back/body alignment using mindful release techniques to eliminate stress, to provide pain solutions to be independent for our longer lives.
The IPATH® Method is an asana sequence of knowledge and action. It is a means of bringing about transformation and discovery on every level. It reveals the many parts that make up the whole body, brings them into consciousness, and engages them in a process yielding release, insight, and empowerment. As our posture deteriorates, joints become restricted and the difference between tense and weak muscles and joints creates stress. These imbalances, stiffness, and loss of motion lead to overcompensation and pain signals throughout the body.
Based on our growing knowledge of the human body, IPATH® integrates Myofascial Release, Trigger Point awareness, Pranayama (breathwork), and Alignment Techniques to break down layers of accumulated bad habits that eliminate pain to provides strategic muscle and skeletal strength.
The IPATH® Method is unique not because we begin myofascial release- but because we don’t leave you there! The practice allows the body to reset to the most natural and efficient shape with bone alignment and manipulation through intentional breathwork and relaxation, allowing for permanent transformations. IPATH® is designed to work with all bodies, levels of mobility and fitness.
