Rooted in ancient wisdom, this New Moon in Cancer experience invites you to come home to yourself — to nurture what matters most and anchor into what feels safe and true. The Summer Solstice reminds us of the light that guides us, even in times of shadow. It’s a moment to pause, recalibrate, and honor cycles of growth and rest. Through sound frequency healing, meditation, and restorative yin yoga, you’ll align with the rhythms of nature and activate what truly matters.
Modern chaos calls for ancient grounding
This is an urgent pop-up gathering for our city and our hearts. With raids intensifying and uncertainty in the air, we come together to create a sanctuary of safety, grounding, and healing — rooted in ancient practices and modern wellness.

This session offers sacred solutions rooted in ancient technology: body, breath, stillness, sound, and seasonal alignment. Through restorative yin, sound frequency, and intentional reflection, we’ll create space to ground, restore, and receive.

A time to guard your heart and eyes, watch your progress, and adjust with intention. It’s a season to hold vision, walk in righteousness, and stay mindful of the challenges that may try to shake your foundation.
Mexica/Toltec Perspective:
This time is about heart-based courage and connection to the land. The Summer Solstice is a sacred pause — a chance to honor the sun’s light, the Earth’s abundance, and our place within the cycles of creation. In the teachings of the ancestors, we find that in times of upheaval, we root deeper into Earth, heart, and community.
We gather on Tongva land in deep respect for the original stewards of these lands, holding space for healing, remembrance, and collective care.

🌿 Sound Frequency Healing – Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and sea drums to bring calm and reset the nervous system
🌿 Restorative Yin Yoga – Postures that create sanctuary in the body, offering a place of rest and grounding

🌿 Breathwork – Direct and powerful practice for nervous system regulation and grounding in times of anxiety and feeling unsafe
🌿 Intention Setting & Activation – Bring your journal and pen to set and activate soul-aligned commitments for the month ahead
Props Provided: Bolsters, yoga blocks, and one blanket per guest.
We encourage you to bring an extra blanket or pillow for added comfort and warmth as we gather outdoors.

From April 16 to July 16, 2025, embark on a 90-day journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and create a sustainable, empowered lifestyle. This program is for women ready to commit—not to perfection, but to showing up for themselves with discipline, balance, and self-love.
This isn’t about numbers, weight loss gimmicks, or pushing your body to extremes. This is about falling in love with your body, feeling strong, confident, and at home in yourself. Through intentional movement, nourishing meals, and the power of consistency, you will build resilience, restore your foundation, and step into a body that feels good to live in.
This self-paced yet structured program provides all the tools and guidance you need—without overwhelming you. You’ll receive a comprehensive movement plan, a Conscious Eating Plan, and direct support to keep you accountable.

1️⃣ Strategic 90-Day Movement Plan
A structured yet flexible fitness training program that includes:
Strength training (weight + home exercises) for progressive muscle building and resilience.
A clear movement calendar with training recommendations tailored for different levels.
Encouragement to explore yoga, Pilates, walking, hiking, and restorative movement as part of your weekly practice (optional, but recommended).
Special online mini-classes may be included (not guaranteed, but added as surprises!).
2️⃣ 90-Day Conscious Eating Plan
Instead of a rigid diet, you’ll receive:
A Conscious Eating Plan to nourish, energize, and restore your body.
A focus on intuitive eating, and practical, sustainable choices.
A sample meal structure with food choices to support energy and muscle recovery.
Holistic recipes that make healthy eating simple and enjoyable.
An optional fasting practice for those interested in metabolic resets.
3️⃣ Monthly One-on-One Private Coaching (60 min)
Each month, you’ll receive a private coaching call with me to personalize your journey, overcome roadblocks, and fine-tune your progress. This is where we get deep and make sure you feel supported, seen, and empowered.
4️⃣ Monthly Online Group Coaching Call (60 min)
Community is everything. These live calls will provide group accountability, mindset coaching, and space to celebrate wins. We will discuss movement, mindset, body confidence, and conscious nourishment.
